- 限工程、電資學院在校大二 (含) 以上大學部學生。可跨領域選課。Undergraduate students only: Sophomores and above from the College of Engineering or the College of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science. Students can take courses in multiple faculties.
- 該校未強制要求語言成績，但強烈建議申請者須具備語言CEFR B2 以上能力。若日後姊妹校要求繳交語言能力相關文件，申請者須依該校規定辦理。The university does not have a mandatory language proficiency requirement; however, applicants are strongly advised to have language skills at CEFR B2 level or above. If the partner university later requires submission of language proficiency documents, applicants must comply with the respective regulations.
